How can I know the fatwas of Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani on various matters such as prayer, fasting, and others?
Does he not have a manual of fatwas?
His Eminence Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani believes that acting on a jurist’s fatwa without knowing his evidence is blind imitation, which is not permissible in Islam[1]. Therefore, acting on a manual of fatwas that contains the jurist’s fatwas without his evidence is not sufficient, and to know the ruling of religion, an obligated person has no choice but to refer to the Quran and Sunnah directly to see with his own eyes what ruling has been stated in them. Even if he claims that he does not have the strength or time to do so, he must at least take the trouble to ask a just jurist to explain the ruling of religion with evidence so that he can examine it. If the jurist’s evidence is sufficient, he should act on it, and if the jurist’s evidence is not sufficient, he should try to reach Allah’s Caliph on the earth on the one hand and act on the primary and practical principles on the other hand.
It is understood from here that His Eminence Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani does not have a manual of fatwas, and it is not appropriate for him to have such a manual. Such manuals belong to false scholars who do not know that blind imitation is not permissible in Islam, while its impermissibility is self-evident! Therefore, the fatwas of His Eminence Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani
are only published with sufficient evidence from the Quran and the Sunnah. Whoever wants to know his fatwa on a particular matter should visit the “Q&A” section on his office’s website and search for it in the “Subject of the questions” list or use the “Search” feature. If he cannot find the fatwa using these two methods, he may send us his question through the website’s email or fill out the “Writing a question” form in the Q&A section, and we will guide him, Insha’Allah. This is clearly the least effort to seek knowledge. Whoever finds it difficult is not worthy of knowledge, and whoever is not worthy of knowledge is not worthy of Heaven; because Heaven is not an abode for the ignorant or the lazy!
