This objective preparer of grounds for God’s sovereignty on earth, absolutely does not invite to his sovereignty at all and is not claiming divinity or prophetic or messianic or Babbitt and accordingly any claim in opposition with this about him is mere defamation and figment of his enemies to deceive the public vision.

Hereby we inform everybody the only authentic reference to gain more information about character, beliefs and activities of this warrior and indefatigable scholar is “website of the center for preserving and publishing the works of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani” (current website) and any other claim from other references about him, without prior approval and recognition of this center, would be invalid and unreliable. This weird question even though looks very ridiculous, is one of the common questions about this honorable scholar that has been originated from malicious propagandas of enemies of Islam with the excuse that he has not appeared in public. This Islamic website as a response to a critic who has considered it a “right for himself” to have doubt about existence of this honorable person due to the fact that he has not appeared in public, has written:

“We can hardly give you the right to doubt the existence of an scholar who owns school of thoughts, informatory website, books, letters and numerous apprentices, unless by the basis of skeptics who do not believe anything until they see it by their own eyes, even though there be sufficient reasons and evidences for it. It is self-evident that these deep and precise works of knowledge have not fallen from the sky, nor have they come out from the earth, but rather have been naturally issued by a great scholar who has said and written them and by this description, the one who doubts the existence of such scholar, is not excused to the wise people, rather he is accused of obsession and sophistry; especially given that they deem it obligatory to be certain about the existence of God and His caliph on earth without seeing them and just by seeing their works, and they consider the one who doubts their existence, despite of seeing their works, as unbeliever or deviant. Regardless of the fact that they do not consider seeing the face of an scholar more beneficial than observing his sayings and writings, and do not deem it obligatory to know about his tallness or shortness and fatness or thinness and elongation or roundedness of his eyes, after achieving knowldege about his thoughts and aims; because in their opinion these physical traits of him, while his thoughts and aims are true, are not important” (Criticism and investigation 44).

With this description, it is self-evident that his excellency Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him exists somewhere in this vast world and is living as a real individual.

“Mansoor” and “Hashemi” are among very common names in middle Asia particularly in the country Afghanistan and with this description, there is no reason for knowing them as nicknames. “Khorasani” is also a very conventional surname for scholars who live in this geographical region and with this description, wondering about that is not appropriate; As this Islamic website, in response to a question in this regard has written the following:

“His honor Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is called 'Khorasani' because he is from Khorasan and lives in that geographical region!” (Question and answer 19)

Indeed the office of preserving and publishing the works of this honorable scholar is not willing to quarrel over letters and words -which are conventional and given credits anyway- and due to security reasons and also since this office recognizes no objectivity for the name of this honorable man, has no insistence whether his name is, or is not, a nickname. Therefore, in response to an “anonymous” person who has claimed “According to our researches, Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is a nickname”, has written the following:

“Although your identity is not known to us, and we think you probably use a nickname yourself, and we do not know with what intention and based on what qualifications and with reliance on which news sources, your so-called research has been done, but we suggest you not to trust these discoveries of yours and always consider the possibility of error and mistake in them, so that you would not end up in Turkestan instead of Ka’bah and you would not end up in Shushtar instead of Balkh! As they have said: 'O Arab of the desert, I fear you will not reach Ka’bah/ because the road on which you travel leads to Turkestan'[1] and have said: 'A blacksmith committed a sin in Balkh/ To avenge, a coppersmith was decapitated in Shushtar'[2]!! At the same time, it is possible that your guess is true; because firstly, using nickname among the free and reformist leaders of the world, who have many enemies, is natural and is not considered something unusual and unexpected; secondly, having two or more names among many people in the world, even in cases where there is no threat and danger against them, is common and conventional, whereas their character, method and goals are constant and clear in anyway; thirdly, adopting a title for leaders and elders of religion, is a prevalent and common work, and is considered an Islamic tradition which is sometimes done by their fans and supporters and with regards to their good traits and characteristics, and these titles become even more well-known than their own names; as for example, the title 'Mustafa' for the Prophet peace be upon him and his household were one of this kind, even the title 'Ahmad', by which he is introduced and announced in the Bible, were one of this kind, and the title 'Siddiq' for Abu Bakr and the title 'Faruq' for Umar and the title 'Zunnurain' for Uthman and the title 'Murtaza' for Ali were one of this kind, even Ali had another name which his mother named him with, and he was not known by that name during his time, and he has said with pointing to that name: «أنا الذّي سمّتني أمّي حيدره/ ضرغام آجام و ليث قسوره»; meaning: 'I am the one my mother named me Haydar/ which means the tiger of the groves and the fierce lion'. Other leaders of the Ahl al-Bayt[3] also had different titles such as 'Baqir', 'Sadiq', 'Kazim' and 'Reza', and today they are more well-known with those titles than their own names, even Imam Mahdi whom Mansoor invites to, also has another name and 'Mahdi' is his title and reputation. With regards to these evidences, your guess might be true, dear friend; in the sense that 'Mansoor' is also the title and reputation for the author of the book 'Return to Islam' and the preparer of the grounds for advent of Mahdi, but it is obvious that this is not an important matter that has obsessed you and other narrow-minded people and has become your loose excuse for spreading false propaganda against this great and oppressed scholar. Certainly, from the viewpoint of the wise, only his Islamic and reformist ideas and teachings are important, and his name and title and reputation is not decisive; because these ideas and teachings are not based on his name and title and reputation, so that they may change by a change in it, rather are based on the Book of God and the mutawatir Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him and his household and the definitive rules of intellect, which are always constant and reliable to follow. Therefore, you can assume that the name of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is Muhammad or Ali or Umar or Saeed or Hashim or Ja’far or Qasim or Qanbar or Muhammad Ali or Muhammad Ja’far or Abdullah or something else; because whatever of these names he may have, he is the author of the book 'Return to Islam' and is the leader of a blessed movement that despite the hatred of hypocrites and sick-hearted people, has emerged for establishment of the pure and complete Islam in the world and realization of the sovereignty of Mahdi peace be upon him and despite all enmities and false propaganda, continues to move forward until it reaches its glorious and holy goal Insha’Allah.” (Criticism and investigation 3)

As it is mentioned before, his excellency allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, has anti-tyrannical position and fights effectively against ruthless rulers on one hand and terrorist groups like Daesh on the other hand and because of those reasons, he has been prosecuted and exposed to be arrested or assassinated. Furthermore, considering the rational and religious necessities for his survival in order to lead the movement in this critical period of time and also lack of sufficient number of helpers in the region, no more information about him can be published for the public at this time. Consequently due to this very reason, publishing his voice and picture is not also possible at this time. In addition, his enemies who are mostly the the owners of mass media and advertisement tools around the world, do not like to broadcast his news and prefer not to help people to get acquainted with his fascinating character and Islamic activities so that they impede the progress of this holy movement by news boycott; As this Islamic center in response to one of the critics who was surprised by the anonymity of this oppressed scholar and by the fact that there is no biography and picture of him available on the internet has come to this conclusion that he does not exist at all, has said:

“The fact that you did not know his excellency allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani before and did not hear his name, is not a reason for him to not exist. As the wise people have said: 'To not find is not the reason for to not exist'! As you surely do not know many of scholars of the world of Islam in different countries too, and have not heard their names and nonetheless, they exist and whether you know or not, are doing their scientific and cultural activities. In addition, it is clear that 'Internet' is not the protected tablet of God so that on which existing biographies and pictures of all God’s servants is necessary, rather is a network made by infidels and oppressors for promoting their own culture and publishing it in this world and therefore, biographies and pictures of them and their friends are abundant on it, but biographies and pictures of righteous servants of God are not found on it! Yes, unfortunately you are under the influence of inductions of ignorant, rancorous and sick people, otherwise you know that on the contrary the most righteous servants of God are those who are unknown and flee from fame and this does not mean they do not exist, rather it may be that the existing of others is due to the good omen of their existence and others are given time by the blessing of their existence! They are the ones that by the explanation of some narrations 'are unknown and anonymous on earth, but are famous and famed in heaven'! Yes, dear brother! You too just like some other emotional and naive youth, are under the influence of propaganda of liars, otherwise it is strange that you consider existing biography and picture of someone on the internet as a reason for his existence, but do not consider the existence of a book like 'Return to Islam' with an unbeatable depth and an unique accuracy as a reason for its great and scholar author’s existence and you give it the possibility that it is created by itself!! Anyway, remember that a wise human is the one who does not recognize the right by individuals, rather recognizes individuals by the right, while the ignorant human does the opposite and considers the fame or the status or the title of people as a reason for them being right and their anonymity as a reason for them being false. This undoubtedly is an obvious ignorance!” (Criticism and investigation 2).

Moreover, this Islamic center has offered further explanations in response to those who ask for more detailed information about his excellency’s scientific and personal records:

“His Excellency Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is placed at the highest levels of knowledge by the testimony of his prominent thoughts and excellent Islamic teachings and his extraordinary fluency in the Book of God and His Prophet’s tradition and valid and various belief-related, historical, narrative, juridical, biographical evaluation and philosophical sources which is evident in the honorable book 'Return to Islam' and his other sayings and writings, and he has also educated eminent and dedicated apprentices who are busy with Islamic teachings and propaganda in the informatory website of his center and for these reasons, one can dare say he is the most knowledgeable scholar of the nation in the current era and is giving the most scientific benefit to the Muslims of the world, but nonetheless because of two reasons presenting the detailed information about his identity, location and personal records to the public is not possible:

First, due to his reforming and revolutionary manner which is based on dissociation from all religion sects, groups, and countries, to be placed in a trans-sect, trans-national and trans-group position, which enables him to lead all Muslims from all sects, groups, and countries toward the sovereignty of God’s Caliph on earth and make a common source for all human beings. Although it is not understandable to the pessimistic and skeptical theoreticians who are locked in the fence of their own made stereotypes; since God’s Caliph on earth does not belong to any sect, group or country, and does not owe allegiance to any of them, and in that way, it is essential that the preparer of his sovereignty should not belong to any sect, group or country, and should not owe allegiance to any of them, so that the relation between cause and effect would be preserved and gathering of Muslims around him would be possible.

Second, because of the necessity of maintaining his safety at the present time which is a rational and religious necessity; since his honor is the only hope of the oppressed people from all around the world, in order to gain access to Mahdi as he is a valuable source for Islam and Muslims. This is while the bloodthirsty dictators from different religions, groups and countries are sorely looking for him. So if they become aware of his identity, location and personal records, they will easily find access to him and will destroy the roots of this holy movement 'Return to Islam' and Mahdi’s worldwide revolution which has just started germinating. Nowadays there are many enemies in the region, while there are just a few friends there, therefore it is contrary to wisdom and expediency if he appears in the region, and is considered cruelty to himself, Mahdi and the Muslims of the world; As God has said: «وَلَا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ» (Al-Baqarah/ 195); 'And do not throw yourselves with your own hands into destruction'! Indeed, it is obvious that whenever sufficient number of friends gather in the region, he will show himself to the Muslims in the world, and will judge upon those who denied his existence since they were seeking superiority on earth and were preventing from the path of God and were trying to distort the promises of the prophets.” (Criticism and investigation 23).

This Islamic center has also responded to the question “Would it not be better if you had written something about his biography?” and has said:

“We must say it was definitely better, but not only for curious people like you, who only want to satisfy your curiosity instinct, but also for his sworn enemies who want to know his detailed records like his date and place of birth and also place of residence, his education and other personal information such as these, to find access to him in order to dry the root of the ground preparer movement for the establishment of pure Islam and the advent of God’s Caliph on earth on one hand, and to find nessecery excuses and pretexts for false propaganda against him and deceiving the public opinion on the other hand; because for example, if they know he was born in Iran and has studied in schools of this country, claim that he is a Rafida Shiite and Iranian puppet in order to harm the Sunnites, and if they know he was born in Afghanistan and has studied in schools of Pakistan, claim that he is a Wahhabi Sunnite and Saudi Arabian puppet in order to harm the Shittes, and if they know he was born in Turkestan of China and has not studied in any of their schools, claim that he is probably a communist and a puppet of infidels in order to harm the principle of Islam, and to put it in a nutshell, they use any awareness from his records as an excuse and pretext to harm his trans-sect and trans-national movement, while this magnanimous scholar does not belong to any sect or nationality and belongs to only Islam and by full freedom from sectarian and national affiliations, seeks to unite all Islamic sects around Mahdi.

Of course, this does not mean that nobody knows anything about his life; because his life is well-known among dozens of his helpers; as so many people have relations with him in his neighborhood and they benefit from his vast knowledge and observe his Islamic morals in person. Although he does not have a permanent residence, he does almost all prayers in the mosques and in Jama’ah, and many ordinary people attend his Jama’ah and they are not allowed to take videos and pictures only. After each prayer, he speaks with ordinary people and answers their questions and fulfills their needs. He visits his neighbors and intercommunicates with different people who greatly love and respect him. He holds spiritual and fruitful sessions about beliefs and jurisprudence, where Muslims from different sects come together at his presence. His words in Farsi and Arabic are carefully written by his helpers, and some of them are selected for publication in his informatory website under section 'Sayings of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani'. However, special measures are taken to conceal his identity and location from the eyes of his enemies, which are carefully implemented by his helpers. These measures are such that have bewildered his enemies about his identity and location and have misled them; to the extent that they have wrongly taken different people instead of him many times! It is understandable from this point that, contrary to naive and indecisive assumption of people like you, 'talking unclearly and being mysterious' sometimes solves somethings, and this is the basis of 'Taqiyah' in Islam; Since Islam has not allowed a Muslim with such an important duty and great aim to expose himself to harmful arrows of malicious people and make himself the toy of curious workless people without necessity, but with the decree of 'Taqiyah' has ordered him to keep himself as safe as possible from their access to him and to take steps secretly until the time of advent arrives. This is the very rational and legitimate rule that has compelled the Caliph of God, Mahdi, to be absent and has protected him from the access of smart enemies and foolish friends over the long years. Although it is clear that everyone who proves his trustworthiness and goodwill through faith and good deeds will get ready to gain further knowledge of his excellency Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him and even can meet his excellency and benefit from his vast Islamic knowledge and morals without any problems or limitations like many other, but someone who has not proved his trustworthiness and goodwill, but his enmity and maliciousness is tangible, then it is impossible for him to reach his goal by his greed and foolish words; because the truth will never be subordinate to his passions, unless heaven falls on the earth; as God has said: «وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ» (Al-Mu’minun/ 71); 'And if the truth were to follow their passions, the heavens and earth and whoever is in them would have been destructed, We have brought them their reminder, but they turn away from their reminder!'.” (Criticism and investigation 29).

In addition, this Islamic center, in response to a critic who said not publishing his excellency’s picture and information results in “suspicion and loss of opportunity”, has said:

“The publication of the picture and characteristics of Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, may God protect him, is not necessary after the publication of his thoughts and aims; because if his thoughts and aims are false, they will not become right by publishing his picture and characteristics, and if his thoughts and aims are right, they will not become false by publishing his picture and characteristics; especially given that his thoughts and aims are not related to his picture and characteristics; because he has not invited people to himslef; in the sense that he has not wanted them to follow him according to his ipicture mage and characteristics and without knowledge about his reasons and with this description, the publication of his picture and characteristics only serves those who seek his identification, arrest, and destruction, like his enemies, or those who seek to follow him according to his picture and characteristics without knowledge about his reasons, like his ignorant friends, which is a deviant approach from common approach types among followers of false claimants...

The absence of Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him is not more significant than the absence of Imam Mahdi peace be upon him, and with this description, we cannot put the blame on him; because the reason behind his absence is the same reason behind absence of Imam Mahdi peace be upon him, and this reason is the fear of oppressive and repressive regimes, including the regime of Iran. Therefore, if the Iranian regime supported him, he would not have to 'rise and go up to the mountains and hide in remote areas of Afghanistan and Tajikistan and does not publish his picture and information' as you said so about him, but he could simply contact people and present his ocean of knowledge to those who are thirsty for knowledge; as one of our helpers informed us and said:

«إِنَّ الْمَنْصُورَ لَقِيَ بَلاءً وَ تَطْرِیداً وَ إِنِّي رَأَیْتُهُ فِي بَعْضِ هٰذِهِ الْأسْواقِ وَ هُوَ خائِفٌ مُتَرَقِّبٌ یَمْشِي وَ يَقُولُ: مَن يَعْصِمُنِي حَتّیٰ أُعَلِّمَ النّاسَ الْقُرآنَ كَما أُنْزِلَ وَ أَعْمَلَ بِما فِیهِ؟! أَمَّن يُجِيرُني حَتّیٰ أَتَكَلَّمَ بِكَلِمَةٍ فِيها بَلاغٌ لِقَومٍ عابِدِينَ؟! أَمَّن يُعِينُنِي حَتّیٰ أُبَيِّنَ أُمُوراً وَ أُغَيِّرَ أُخْریٰ؟! اللّهُمَّ إنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي لَو ثَبَتَتْ لِي قَدَمايَ لَوَطَّئْتُ لِصاحِبِ هٰذَا الْأَمْرِ سُلْطانَهُ»; 'Indeed Mansoor experienced many tragedies and rejections, and I saw him in some of these alleys, walking with fear and anxiety and saying: who would honor me so that I teach Quran to the people just the way it was revealed and act upon that which is mentioned in it?! Or who would shelter me so that I speak the words in which there is sufficiency for the devout servants?! Or who would help me to illuminate somethings and change somethings?! Oh God! You know if I could stand firmly on my feet, I would build the foundation for the true owner of this sovereignty'!

As another one of our helpers informed us and said:

«إِنَّ الْمَنْصُورَ يَعْرِضُ نَفْسَهُ عَلیٰ أَهْلِ الْبُلْدانِ وَ يَقُولُ: أَلا رَجُلٌ يَحْمِلُنِي إلیٰ قَومِهِ؟! فَإِنَّ هٰذَيْنِ الْقَومَيْنِ مَنَعانِي أَنْ أَقُومَ بِأَمْرِ رَبِّي! وَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: مَن يُؤْوِيني حَتّیٰ أُوَطِّئَ لِمَلَكُوتِ رَبِّي وَ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ؟! إِنَّ مَلَكُوتَ رَبِّي يُصْلِحُ الْأَرْضَ وَ يَمْلَأُها قِسْطاً»; 'Mansoor shows himself to the people of different lands and says: Is there not a man to take me to his nation?! Because these two nations prevented me from rising up to the commandment of my God! And I heard he says: Who will shelter me so that I can prepare the sovereignty of my Lord and heaven would be his reward?! Certainly, the sovereignty of my Lord will reform the earth and will fill it with justice' (Look at: Saying 32).

We can come to this conclusion that whenever the Iranian regime or another Muslim regime invites and supports him with honesty, he will come out of his hidden state and will contact people directly. Therefore, if you are not happy with his current situation, you should not protest him; because he has no role in making such a situation and he is not happy with it, but you should protest Iran and other Muslim regimes of the region and ask why they have not invited and supported him so far?! Surely, as long as the current situation remains, all helpers and supporters of this honorable scholar can gain more information about him through active membership on his website, and even should they prove their credibility, they can join his companions and students and meet him. So with this description, there is not a reason for 'suspicion and loss of opportunities'.” [Criticism and investigation 66]

Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani (may God protect him), in the exact sense of the word, is a “Hanif Muslim”[1] who does not want to be named as so-called “Shiite” or “Sunnite” for many reasons; because he practically follows the certain and indisputable resources like the Book of God, the Mutiwater Sunnah of the Prophet, and rational proofs, which are common between all Islamic sects and are not allocated to any of them, therefore there is no reason to consider him as Shiite or Sunnite. Of course, it is possible that some of his honor’s viewpoints are closer to the viewpoints of some sects, but this is a totally natural event arising from the viewpoints of some sects being closer to the Book of God, the Mutiwater Sunnah of the Prophet, and rational proofs, and does not indicate that his honor belongs to these sects; just as it is possible that some other of his viewpoints are closer to some other sects, and it does not mean he is following these sects; as this Islamic website, in response to a critic who considered his sect unknown, has said:

“But the fact that you have regarded the sect of his honor Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani unknown, is natural; Since he does not own a specific and stereotypical sect of the kind you know and like, so that it be known! His honor, as he himself has clarified it in his book and is obvious from his thoughts, is considered a Hanif Muslim and is not a Shiite nor a Sunnite in the meaning that you think. Of course his honor is only loyal to the book of God and the mutawatir Sunnah of prophet peace be upon him and his household and His caliph on earth and this, from another perspective, can be considered as the real Shiite and the real Sunnite.” (Criticism and investigation 2)

The most certain sign of Imam Mahdi’s peace be upon him advent, is advent of a man from the great Khorasan with black flags who invites to the progeny of Muhammad peace be upon him and his household, and prepares the grounds for the sovereignty of Imam Mahdi peace be upon him, and takes the flag (of sovereignty) from others with peace or defeating and delivers it to him, and joining him is obligatory, even by crawling on the snow; because the narration that has announced about it is Mutiwatir and is considered as the oldest and most famous and most true narration from the Prophet of God peace be upon him and his household, his companions and progenies, in apocalyptic prophecies regard, to the extent that it has been the inspiration of insurrections in Islam’s history, such as Abd Al-Rahman bin Ash'ath’s uprising against Abd Al-Malik ibn Marwan (Ibn A’tham, Al-Fotuh, vol. 7, page 85), and the uprising of Abu Muslim Khorasani against the Umayyads (Zahabi, Seir A’lam Al-Nabla, vol. 5, page 379), and it has been reflected in all Islamic books so far; as for example, among the Sunnites such as Ibn Abi Shaybah (Died 235 AH) in Al-Masannaf (vol. 8, page 697), Ahmad ibn Hanbal (Died 241 AH) in al-Musand (vol. 5, page 277), Ibn Majah (Died 273 AH) In Sunnan (vol. 2, page 1366), Abu Dawood (Died 275 AH) in Sunan (vol. 2, page 311), Ibn Hammad (Died 288 AH) in Al-Fitan (page 188), Ahmad Ibn Amr Bazzaz (Died 292 AH) in Al-Musand (vol. 4, page 310), Abu Sa'id Shashi (Died 335 AH) in Al-Musand (vol. 1, page 347), Tabarani (Died 360 AH) in Al-Mu’jam Al-Awsat (vol. 6, page 29), Ibn Adi (Died 365 AH) in Al-Kamil (vol. 4, page 227) Hakim Nishaburi (Died 405 AH) in Al-Mustadrak Alaa Al-Sahihain (vol. 4, page 464), Bayhaqi (Died 458 AH) in Dala’il An-Nubuwwa (vol. 6, page 516), Ibn Kathir (Died 774 AH) in Al-Bidayah Wan Nihayah (vol. 6, page 275) Heythami (Died 807 AH) in Majma Al-Zawa’id (vol. 7, page 316), and also among the Shiites, such as Muhammad Bin Sulaiman Kufi (Died 300 AH) in Manaqib Amir Al-Mu'minin (vol. 2, page 110), Qadi Nu’man Al-Maqribi (Died 363 AH) in Sharh Al-Akhbar (vol. 3, page 401), Muhammad Ibn Jarir Tabari (4th century) in Dala’il Al-Imamah (page 442 and 446), Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Nu’mani (Died 380 AH) in Al-Gibbah (page 281), Ibn Tawus (Died 664 AH) in Al-Malahim Wa Al-Fitan (page 119), and Ibn Abi Hatam Amali (Died 664 AH) in Al-Durr Al-Nazim (Pages 798, 799, and 800), have narrated it with numerous documentations from the Messenger of God peace be upon him and his household, and its narrators were among the renowned and noble men of Rijal[1]; Including Muawiyah bin Hisham Qassar Abu al-Hassan Kufi who died in 204 or 205 after Hijrah, who is from the Rijal of Sihah Sittah[2] except for Bukhari, and Ali bin Salih Abu Mohammad Hamdani Kufi who died in 151 or 154 after Hijrah, who is from the Rijal of Sihah, and some have considered him reliable and some other have considered his narration true, and Yazid bin Abi Ziad Qurashi Abu Abdullah Kufi who died in 136 or 137 after Hijrah, who is a fair reliable man from the Rijal of Sihah, and Ibrahim bin Yazid Nakhai Kufi who died in 96 after Hijrah whose liableness is agreed on, and he is considered a great jurisprudent from the Rijal of Sihah Sittah, and Alqamah bin Qays Nakhai who died in 62 after Hijrah, who is a Tabiee[3] and from the Rijal of Sihah Sittah; but this narration is undoubtedly considered Mutawatir[4]; because its narrators from Yazid bin Abi Ziad Qurashi go up to 9 persons in different sources, and those are Ali bin Salih, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash, Sabbah bin Yahya al-Mazni, Mohammad bin Fazil, Abdullah bin Idris, Jarir, Khalid bin Abdullah, Fitr bin Khalifa and Mandel bin Ali, and narrations of this number of people is undoubtedly considered Mutiwatir; regardless of the fact that Yazid bin Abi Ziad Qurashi is not the only one who has narrated this narration from Ibrahim Nakhai, but others like Amru bin Qays Mulla'i and Hukm bin Atibah have also narrated it from him; just as others except for Ibrahim Nakhai, like Zayd bin Rafi, and Sharik bin Abdullah, and Abdullah bin Marwan have also narrated it, and their narrators such as Ibn Hamad, Ibn Abi Lili, Hamaza Nasibi and Jazari, are also among the narrators of this narration in this category, reaching a total of 7 persons; as in addition to Alqamah, people like Aswad, Abu Ubaydah and Ubaydah al-Salmani have narrated it from Abdullah bin Masoud and people like Tamim bin Huzlim and Zaid bin Hasan have narrated it from Abdullah bin Abbas and people like Ala’ bin Atba have narrated it from Hassan and people like Abu Asma Rahabi have narrated it from Thuban the servant of the Messenger of God peace be upon him and his household, and their number also goes up to 8 persons, whom have narrated it from people like Abdullah bin Masoud, Abdullah bin Abbas, Thuban the servant of the Messenger of God peace be upon him and his household, and Hassan ibn Ali. Regardless of the fact that this narration, without much difference in its words, has arrived in other ways from the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt, such as Ali, Abu Ja'far Baqir and also many of the Sahabah[5] and therefore, it is clear that it is considered as “verbally Mutawatir”, and this is the highest level of Tawatur. Therefore, it can be considered as the promise of God and His Prophet, and accordingly, the most certain sign of Imam Mahdi’s peace be upon him advent; because there is no other narration with such a history, reputation and multiple ways in this regard (Question and answer 318).

But is Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani (may God protect him), the example of the promised Mansoor Khorasani in this narration? This is a common question that people have to answer it; because knowing the promised Mansoor Khorasani in this narration is the responsibility of people, which happens by paying attention to the signs, not the claims; given that the claims, without signs, are not useful, and the signs, without claims, are sufficient; to the extent that it has been said: “two hundreds of words are not like even a half of action”; as this Islamic website, in response to a question about this subject has said:

“The narrations about the advent of a man from the great Khorasan with the black flags calling toward Mahdi and preparing the grounds for his sovereignty are Mutawatir and if anyone gives it the possibility that Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him, with regard to the mentioned characteristics gathered in him, is that very man, should not wait for his claim, but rather must research on him, and researching on him is possible by referring to him or referring to those who refer to him, so that he may know about his signs; because recognizing the promised Khorasani does not depend on his claim, but rather depends on gathering of the signs which has been narrated for him, whether he claims it or refuses to claim it for some reasons; because it has not been mentioned in narrations that the promised Khorasani considers himself the promised Khorasani, rather only some signs have been mentioned for him, and it is clear that these signs are sufficient for others to recognize him without regard to his claim; considering that if it is not sufficient without regard to his claim, it would also not be sufficient with regard to his claim, because the claim is not beneficial to a person who does not have the promised Khorasani’s signs, just as abandoning the claim is not harmful to a person who has the promised Khorasani’s signs. Hence, Bahira the Christian recognized the Prophet of God peace be upon him and his household by his signs before he claimed, and this was from the aspect that they have said: 'The reason for the brightness of the Sun, is the Sun itself'[6] and have said: 'Bring art and do not speak Sa’di / Sugar does not need to say: I am sweet'![7].” (Question and answer 82).

It is important to note that Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani (may God protect him), only works on his rational and religious duty, and is not seeking to prove a particular position for himself and therefore, despite his objective and practical preparation for Imam Mahdi’s peace be upon him advent, and having all the signs of the promised Mansoor Khorasani in the Islamic Mutawatir narrations, does not claim anything about himself; as this Islamic website, in response to a question about this subject, has said:

“Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani has dismissed all the claims and claimants and has taken his own path and is traveling through it and this way accomplishes his intellectual and religious responsibilities and prepares the grounds for advent of Mahdi peace be upon him by relying on the Book of God and the ultimate Mutawatir Sunnah of His Prophet and the clear requisites of the wisdom and he is doing this work in practice and without any claim; because in presence of his practical actions he does not need to make any claims and he leaves it for the claimants to make claims, even though he is hopeful to the grace of God upon himself and he is not hopeless that he may have been subject to His mercy. Because He has an enormous grace and He encompasses anyone from His servants that He wills with His mercy and no one except the deviated and ungrateful people are hopeless before Him and all affairs are returned to Him.” (Question and answer 14)

As in response to another question about this subject, has said:

“Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, is Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, nothing more and nothing less; an individual who exists among people, with a definite school of thought, movement and ambition and reality on the face of the earth which does not vary by variance of the names; Neither anything is added to him by the title 'Sayyid Khorasani' nor anything is deducted from him by the title 'liar'. Whoever has a hearing ear may listen and whoever is deaf may God rub his nose in the dirt: Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is one of the servants of God and Ummah of His prophet peace and salutation be upon him and his household who follows the Quran Karim and Mutawatir Sunnah [tradition] of his excellency in the light of intellect and does not claim to be prophet or Imam or Mahdi and he is not connected with any government or sect or group and he invites toward Mahdi only by cultural actions such as writing book and dialogue with Muslims and he prepares the grounds for appearance of his Excellency and he does not request for any compensation in exchange for this good and extremely difficult job and he only requests compensation from God and he does not devour anyone’s wealth wrongfully and he does not jeopardize anyone’s life unjustly and does not oppress a small ant or a bigger living creature and with this description, if someone accepts his invitation and supports him, with regards to truthfulness of his word and righteousness of his deed based on intellectual and religious reasons it would be with intention to prepare the grounds for advent of Mahdi and if somebody does not do that or instead of doing this job show animosity with him, does not do any harm to him and he only deprives himself of a benefaction or drops himself in an evil and God is aware about the deeds of every one. Therefore, Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is only a knowledgeable and God-fearing Muslim who prevents Muslims from following oppressor and dictator rulers and encourages them to follow Mahdi and prevents them from following conjectures and imaginations and commands them to follow knowledge and certitude and scare them from ignorance and imitation and passions and worldliness and prejudice and arrogance and superstition and encourages them for establishment of pure and complete Islam along with beam light of Quran and Sunnah and intellect and with this description, those who have him as their enemy, have no excuse before God and should prepare themselves for his punishment; Because it is clear that having hostility with such a person is not allowed, rather amity with him is obligatory and whoever have hostility with him, is an oppressor and transgressor; Like one who insults him and one who ridicules him and one who slanders him and one who attributes lie to him and one who obstructs the path toward him and it is clear that all of these people are in a clear perversion and there will be a severe punishment for them.” (Question and answer 10)

However, a group of people believe that Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani (May God protect him), is the very promised Mansoor Khorasani in Islamic Mutiwatir narrations, and this is a belief that its validity is rationally probable, and is not inconsistent with the Book of God and the Mutiwatir Sunnah of His Prophet and therefore, is considered respectable but also defensible; as this Islamic website, in response to “a group of youth who love his Excellency Mahdi” who have mentioned a narration from the Messenger of God peace be upon him and his household and have considered it impliedly in accordance with Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani’s (may God protect him) movement, has said:

“This is the content of a Mutawatir narration which, among the people of narration, is well known as 'Hadith al-Rayat' and the Shiite and Sunnite narrators both have narrated it with various documentations in authentic books ... and some of them have confirmed its authenticity and reputation among the predecessors. According to this Mutawatir and well-known narration, it is obligatory on any Muslim to join the movement which appears from the east of great Khorasan with black flags and invites to the progeny of the Prophet peace be upon him and his household in general and Mahdi peace be upon him in particular and prepares the grounds for Mahdi’s peace be upon him sovereignty, and this movement is considered by some knowledge-oriented people as the movement of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani; because this respectable scholar’s movement has appeared from the east of great Khorasan with black flags, and invites to the progeny of the Prophet peace be upon him and his household in general and Mahdi peace be upon him in particular and prepares the grounds for Mahdi’s peace be upon him sovereignty, and no other movement with this characteristic in this geographical region has ever appeared before, and any other movement that appear -assuming- with this characteristic in this geographical region, will inevitably be a follower of this movement; because in fact it will do something that is already begun by this movement, and its second start means reaching to something which has been already reached, and this is not possible; and according to this explanation, only continuing the movement of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is possible, which is considered as following it, and it is clear that the follower does not precede the followed to join so that God’s command to it would be sensible; because having the follower preceding the followed is obscene, and is not issued from God, as He has said: «أَفَمَنْ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْحَقِّ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُتَّبَعَ أَمَّنْ لَا يَهِدِّي إِلَّا أَنْ يُهْدَىٰ ۖ فَمَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ» (Yunus/ 35); 'Is the person who guides to the way of the truth, more deserving to be followed or the person who does not guide, unless he is guided himself?! What is wrong with you and how do you judge?!'; just as having latter preceding the former is obscene and is against God’s wisdom and justice; as He has said: «ثُمَّ أَوْرَثْنَا الْكِتَابَ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَيْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ۖ فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمِنْهُمْ مُقْتَصِدٌ وَمِنْهُمْ سَابِقٌ بِالْخَيْرَاتِ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْكَبِيرُ» (Fatir/ 32); 'Then We bequeathed the Book on those of Our servants We chose, so among them is one who wrongs himself, and among them is one who stays on the middle course, and among them is one who, by the command of God, surpassed others in good deeds and this is indeed the great favor!' and He has said: «أُولَٰئِكَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَهُمْ لَهَا سَابِقُونَ» (Al-Mu'minun/ 61); 'They are hastening on to good, and they are therein foremost'! Hence, in opinion of this group of knowledge-oriented people, if the movement of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, which has appeared in this geographical region in order to invite to Mahdi and prepare the grounds for his advent, is not the example of this narration, then no other movement after that will be the example of this narration; because every movement that appears later in this geographical region, will not be beyond of two conditions: either similar to Mansoor’s movement, it will invite to Mahdi and prepares the grounds for his advent which in this case, similar to Mansoor’s movement, will not be the example of this narration, or unlike Mansoor’s movement, it will not invite to Mahdi and will not prepare the grounds for his advent which in this case, it will not be the example of this narration with stronger reason; because this narration, has regarded the invitation to Mahdi and preparing the grounds for his advent as the characteristic of its example.

It is concluded that the statement about the correspondence of Hadith Ar-Rayat to the movement of Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, is a statement with an extreme dignity, as it has been already revealed to some of the people of the knowledge, and this is regardless of other descriptions and signs which exist in this great personality and are in conformity to the narrations on this subject.” (Criticism and investigation 28).

The Islamic movement of allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him is known by its black flags. This Islamic website, in response to a question about it, has written the following:

“The secret of his use of black flags is the following three reasons:

Firstly, using black flags, is the tradition [Sunnah] of the Messenger of God peace and salutation be upon him and his household; Because according to Mutawatir narrations, the color of the flags of his excellency during the battles were black and with this description, utilization of black flags by Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani in the great cultural battle that he has started in order to fight against ignorance and imitation and passions and worldliness and prejudice and arrogance and superstition among Muslims and to establish pure and complete Islam, is in respect with adherence to the Messenger of God peace and salutation be upon him and his household and also is to revive Islamic signatures and is considered a symbolic act to point out the movement 'Return to Islam'.

Secondly, utilization of black flags is a common tradition among those who are in a state of mourning and is considered a conventional sign to announce tragedy and Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani is mourning for the tragedy of absence of Mahdi peace be upon him and for the vast and deep political, cultural and economic degeneration of Muslims and in this respect, he will use black flags until the time of advent of Mahdi peace be upon him and until the time when reformation of Muslims affairs takes place so that this way, he attracts the attention of everyone toward existence of a great tragedy and a regretful trauma in the world.

Thirdly, utilization of black flags, is an evident opposition with a corrupt and oppressor group named as 'ISIL' that has recently appeared in the west side of world of Islam; Because this group has used black flags and claims to revive Islamic Caliphate and Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani by utilization of black flags under the light of redefinition of Islamic Caliphate and invitation toward Caliphate of Mahdi peace be upon him instead of an ISIL Caliphate, is intending to oppose this hazardous and enormous deviation from pure and complete Islam and has risen to culturally compete with that; As he himself has said in an excerpt from the book 'Return to Islam' (Page 341) referring to this group:

'Therefore I wanted to prevent from this sedition and take away the battle field from such individuals. Yet I heard that a voice of the wrong is rising from the west, therefore I wanted that a voice of the truth also be heard from the east so that only one voice is not heard in the world, lest Muslims gather around the wrong and God’s wrath falls down on them. Because sovereign ruling only belongs to God and He will bestow that to anyone of His servants who He wills, and He has not willed anybody other than Mahdi Fatimid with whom household of prophet Mohammad and all Muslims are content.'

Therefore, as far as it goes, two black flags have risen in the world of Islam such that one of them in the west invites toward ISIL type of Caliphate and possesses all material and weaponry resources under the shadow of hypocrites and unbelievers support and due to its malice attracts every mosquito and fly from every corner of the world and another one in the east invites toward Caliphate of Mahdi and under shadow of unbelievers and hypocrites hostility does not possess any material or weaponry resources and due to its purity does not have any attraction for flies and mosquitoes which have filled the world and continues to its scholarly and cultural efforts for awakening of the Muslims and their return to complete and pure Islam, in a climax of loneliness and innocence. Indeed it is clear that Muslims can join either of the two flags that they find more righteous and evaluate it more in conformity to the book of God and tradition [Sunnah] of His prophet peace and salutation be upon him and his household, but there is no doubt that those who have inclinations toward wickedness of oppression and crime and are not pursuing the purity of justice and Hikmah [wisdom] and prefer wealth and abundance and weaponry to knowledge and reason and being suppressed on earth, will never come to the flag of the east, rather they rush toward the flag of the west; Because only those who have detached their hearts from this world and have attached to hereafter and have unbound themselves from the chains of ignorance and imitation and passions and prejudice and arrogance and superstition, will come to the flag of the east and they are very few and numerable.

This is the secret behind utilization of black flags by Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, but we wish those who have focused all their endeavor and concern to margins of the movement of his honor and have no question other than physical characteristics and color of the flags of his honor, also pay attention to the context of his important and revolutionary message and do not be far from knowledge, Hikmah [wisdom] and intellectuality to such an extent; Because they will never be able to access it from such a distant position; As God has said: «وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ التَّنَاوُشُ مِنْ مَكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ» (Saba/ 52); 'And they said we have believed in, while how can they access that from a distant position?!'.” (Question and answer 12).

At the moment meeting with allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani may God protect him is only possible for his close helpers who are selected from active members of this Islamic website. Therefore those who are willing to meet with this honorable man can fill out active membership form in this Islamic website.
