because Allah does not do injustice even for an hour, and that puts the words of Allah into practice, where He has said: ﴿فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ﴾[1]; “So when their time arrives, they will not postpone it for an hour, nor will they advance it,” but so far, the more I have searched, the less I have found, to the extent that I have got exhausted and frustrated; because it sounds as though the earth is empty of the righteous!

[Consequences of non-advent of Mahdi for people]

It is hereby understood that people’s inability to have access to Mahdi and the consequences resulting from it are because of their fault, and therefore, it is not considered an excuse for them to abandon the obligations that can be fulfilled by having access to Mahdi; because whoever puts himself in an emergency due to his action and free will is not considered excused for being in an emergency; like a hungry person who has intentionally wasted a lawful food, knowing that he needs it, and then he has been forced to eat an unlawful food, and therefore, his eating the unlawful food is a sin, even if he has no other choice; as Allah Almighty has said: ﴿فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ﴾[2]; “Then whoever is driven by necessity, not desiring, nor exceeding the limit, no sin is upon him”; in the sense that if he is driven by his neglect or excessiveness, he is a sinner; or like a thief who has entered a usurped land with his free will and been forced to perform prayer there, while his taking possession of it is not permissible, even if it is for prayer, and therefore, his prayer there is void, even if it is at the end of the time and due to emergency, and this is the meaning of the words of Allah Almighty that has said: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ﴾[3]; “Indeed, Allah does not set right the deed of corruptors.” Based on this, those who have obstructed the realization of the government of Mahdi through their failure to support him sufficiently are not allowed to establish another government, even if they have no other choice, and their other government, if they establish it, is not legitimate.
