Preface

I praise God as He must be praised, and I send peace to His Prophet, Muhammad , as he deserves it, but thereafter; the purpose of this book is making theoretical preparations for practical return of Muslims to Islam, in the sense of establishing Islam after it has been neglected by them; based on the assumption that they have abandoned the establishment of Islam as it must be established; considering that the results of its establishment are not evident among them, but rather the results of its abandonment are evident among them, and therefore, there is no dispute over the necessity of their return to Islam, and it is clear that this return is possible by knowing Islam and comparing it with the understanding they have had from it so far; as cognition of Islam is not possible without a criterion and with impediments in its way, and therefore, knowing about the criterion of cognition and the impediments to it is necessary for achieving one and removing the other. Based on this, talking about returning to Islam requires talking about four topics:

The first is introductions to cognition, including the criterion and impediments to it, in order to know Islam and return to it.

The second is the necessity and possibility of returning to Islam, in the sense of the necessity and possibility of the establishment of Islam by Muslims in a perfect and pure manner after they have neglected it.

The third is the impediments to returning to Islam, meaning the causes and motives for abandoning its establishment since the demise of the Prophet of God.

The fourth is knowing Islam, in the sense of knowing its beliefs and rulings based on certainties and free from illusions and conjectures.
