any group that possesses greater power and wealth naturally imposes its culture on other groups and compels them to follow itself, whether they want to or not. Since the greatest power and wealth have been held by Western disbelievers in the last two centuries, their culture has become the dominant culture in the world and, consequently, has overshadowed the culture of Muslims. Clearly, this dominance has not been due to the superiority of disbelievers’ culture over that of Muslims; rather, it has arisen from their political and economic superiority, and it will disappear with its decline. Therefore, the political and economic superiority of Muslims, as an attainable ideal, is an absolute necessity for protecting their Islamic culture and then imposing it on the world, and there is no substitute for that; as Allah Almighty has said: ﴿وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ[1]; “And prepare for them whatever you can of strength.” However, the reality is that achieving this superiority currently faces many difficulties, to the point of being considered almost impossible; because most of its infrastructure has not been established among Muslims, and establishing it requires will, effort, coordination, and sufficient time. However, due to self-defeatism, laziness, political and sectarian disagreements, and the absence of a single, qualified leader, Muslims lack the necessary will, effort, and coordination, and they do not have sufficient time for it. Therefore, it may be necessary to find a more practical and short-term solution alongside pursuing the ideal and long-term solution in order to resist the cultural onslaught of disbelievers. That solution is indeed invitation[2]; because invitation is the most effective and lowest-cost action that can be taken to reduce their political and economic power and their influence among Muslims. Although this is something they also do against Muslims using effective tools, it must be known that the content of invitation has always been more effective than its tools and has been able to compensate for their weakness with its own strength. Similarly, the Prophets overcame the powerful people of their time using this very advantage; otherwise, their victory over them would not have been possible by relying on power and wealth.
