Although everything in the world, even if it is as bad as oppression, takes place by the creational power, strength, knowledge, and permission of Allah, and in this sense it returns to Allah; as He has said: ﴿وَمَا هُمْ بِضَارِّينَ بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ[1]; “And they cannot harm anyone except by the permission of Allah,” and said: ﴿وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا أَشْرَكُوا[2]; “And if Allah had willed, they would not have been polytheists,” and said: ﴿وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُوا[3]; “And if Allah had willed, they would not have killed each other,” and said: ﴿وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ[4]; “And if your Lord had willed, they would not have done that,” and said: ﴿وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ حَسَنَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ ۚ قُلْ كُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ ۖ فَمَالِ هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ لَا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ حَدِيثًا[5]; “And if some good comes to them, they say: ‘This is from Allah,’ and if some evil befalls them, they say: ‘This is from you!’ Say: ‘All is from Allah!’ So what is the matter with this people who hardly understand any word?!”; but an evil deed that Allah has forbidden is not actually attributed to Him; because it has clearly originated from the voluntary will and action of the doer and been contrary to the satisfaction and command of Allah; as He has said: ﴿مَا أَصَابَكَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَا أَصَابَكَ مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ فَمِنْ نَفْسِكَ[6]; “Whatever good comes to you is from Allah, and whatever bad befalls you is from yourself,” and said: ﴿أَوَلَمَّا أَصَابَتْكُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَدْ أَصَبْتُمْ مِثْلَيْهَا قُلْتُمْ أَنَّى هَذَا ۖ قُلْ هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَنْفُسِكُمْ[7]; “Or when a disaster befell you, and you had certainly afflicted (disbelievers) with twice as much, you said: ‘Where is this from?’ Say: ‘It is from yourselves,’” and said: ﴿وَمَا أَصَابَكُمْ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ[8]; “And whatever disaster strikes you is because of what your hands have earned, and He forgives much.” Based on this, creating an impediment to the advent of Mahdi, since it obstructs the realization of justice, even if it is by the creational power, strength, knowledge, and permission of Allah, is not attributed to Allah, but rather it is attributed to people; because it has definitely originated from their voluntary will and action and is contrary to the satisfaction and command of Allah.
