Lessons from His Eminence on the fact that the Earth is not devoid of a man knowledgeable about the entire religion, whom Allah has appointed as a caliph, imam, and guide on it with His command.
Verses of the Quran about it

Verse No. 10

“The earth is not devoid of one who follows the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family, in all matters, and he is the inviter.”

قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى:

﴿قُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي﴾[1]

Translation:

God Almighty has said:

“Say, this is my way that I invite toward God with insight, I and whoever follows me”.

Consideration

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَخْتِيَارَ السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْمَنْصُورَ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿قُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي﴾، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ لَا تَخْلُو مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَتَّبِعُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَهُوَ الدَّاعِي إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ بَعْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

Translation:

Abd al-Hamid ibn Bakhtiar al-Samarqandi informed us, he said: I asked Mansoor about the words of God Almighty that says: “Say, this is my way that I invite toward God with insight, I and whoever follows me”, so he said: The earth is not empty of one who follows the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family, in everything, and he is the one who invites toward God with insight after the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family.

Verse No. 9The earth has never been unless there has been an Imam on it who would prohibit corruption on it.“So why were there among the ages before you no remnants who would forbid corruption on the earth except for a few of those whom We saved from among them?!” (Hud/ 116)

Verse No. 21“Indeed, the earth is not empty of a just man from the offspring of Ibrahim, peace be upon him, whom Allah has appointed as an Imam for people.”“He said: ‘I am going to appoint you as an Imam for people!’ He said: ‘And also my descendants?’ He said: ‘My covenant does not reach the oppressors!’” (Al-Baqarah/ 124)
