His honor believes that people are guilty of non-advent of Mahdi and I accept it, but my question is now in current situation that Mahdi has not appeared yet, how people can reach certainty about Islamic laws anyways?

In current situation that Mahdi has not appeared yet, people cannot reach certainty about Islamic laws unless to the extent of necessities, and this is the natural effect of His non-advent that comes from their guilt and is a punishment from God upon them because of this guilt; as He has said: ﴿ذَلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ[1]; “That is due to something which your hands have brought about before and without a doubt God is not oppressive toward the servants!”. This is while conjecture about the Islamic laws is not sufficient to them, as God has said: ﴿إِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْئًا[2]; “Undoubtedly, suspicion does not reveal anything from the truth” and this means their wretchedness in the absence of Mahdi which is difficult for them to believe, but it is the truth, and his Excellency Mansoor speaks about it. In fact, he is trying to make Muslims believe that when someone has lost his water bowl in a dry desert, he cannot relieve his thirst with something else like desert’s pebbles or thorns and his death in this case, is the natural effect of his guilt in not keeping his water bowl, unless he tries and finds his water bowl. Now, if he asks how to relieve his thirst until he finds the water bowl, there is no answer to this question; since he certainly cannot use desert’s roasted pebbles or biting thorns; given that they are not sufficient for him and there is no replacement for his water bowl. This means that God has not left any other choice but His Caliph on earth and has made the need for him as the definite and eternal destiny of the people and with this description, their struggle to find a replacement for him is useless. In other words, non-advent of Mahdi is a massive misery and irreparable loss and the people’s efforts to fill his vacancy are absurd and vain. In such a terrible and wretched situation, it is better for people to accept the call of Mansoor as soon as possible and provide the grounds for appearance of Mahdi, instead of wasting their time and efforts with such controversies and unproductive efforts; because this is the most wise task for the helpless people and those who are lost in the deserts, but alas, most of them do not use reason.
