Intentional viewing the private parts of Muslim’s body with the exception of the spouse is absolutely forbidden, and intentional viewing of private parts of non-Muslim’s body, whenever it is out of lust and for pleasure, is forbidden, and in this law, there is no different among its actual, movie and image; as God has said: ﴿قُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَلِكَ أَزْكَى لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ﴾[1]; “Tell the believing men to lower their eyes (from seeing non-Mahrams) and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do”. With this description, producing, buying, selling and keeping the pornographic movies and images are forbidden; because it leads to the widespread of prostitution among Muslims and God has said: ﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَنْ تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ﴾[2]; “Indeed, those who like that prostitution should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and Allah knows and you do not know”; rather, it is not unlikely that its producer and seller among Muslims, if he has made their production and sale among them as his/her profession, be a corruptor on earth, and the punishment of corrupters on earth is apparent, whenever they are referred to a just Imam; Especially considering that the widespread of prostitution among Muslims leads to the weakness of the family foundation and the decline of Islamic culture, and ultimately, the domination of infidels over Muslims, and this is the example of ﴿فِتْنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيرٌ﴾.
