What is the relationship of His Excellency Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani with Imam Mahdi? Is he the deputy of Imam Mahdi?

His Excellency Allamah Mansoor Hashemi Khorasani, may God help him, is the preparer of the ground for the advent of Imam Mahdi, peace be upon him, and has no other claim. The preparation of the ground for the advent of Imam Mahdi, peace be upon him, is not a privilege for him either, rather it is a good deed from him, which is being carried out in the form of gathering and training a sufficient number of Muslims in order to protect and support Imam Mahdi, peace be upon him, and this is a perceptible reality on the earth. Therefore, it is obligatory to help him by virtue of the commandment ﴿وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى ۖ ﴾[1]; “And help one another in goodness and piety”, and abandoning what is obligatory is a sin that will undoubtedly result in punishment.

We ask God Almighty to grant you success in performing this obligation, and to not make you one of the disobedient.
